Infrared Corner Collision Sensor

In facilities where pedestrians and forklift drivers cross paths, blind corners around racks or other structures pose a particular hazard. To help prevent collisions and injuries, this infrared sensor detects motion in a range of 20′ to 25′ in two directions. When it senses movement on both sides of the corner, it uses a flashing light and audible alarm to alert drivers and pedestrians of oncoming traffic. It’s self-powered using three D-cell batteries (included), and integrated magnets snap it securely onto rack uprights or other metallic surfaces. Integrated mounting points allow for attachment to a non-magnetic surface.
