Anode – Platinized Titanium

Platinized titanium anode for rhodium plating, measuring 10 1/4 by 1/4 inches. The platinum coating is insoluble, so the anode carries current without dissolving into the bath and contaminating it, which matters in rhodium work where solution purity sets the finish. Replaces an anode whose coating has worn through.
